Our client had an ambitious strategic plan consisting of 9 transformation initiatives (related to website, data, revolutionary SaaS, efficiency, automation, new omni channel distribution models, sales force management).

The company knew it would be hard to roll out all these initiatives concurrently within its overly ambitious timelines

The project

We helped to assess the strategic plan and put forward a more pragmatic and realistic approach (realistic timeline, governance, dependencies, value of each initiative). Always while bearing in mind the impacted people

  • The sense they were being heard and that the strategy was addressing their challenges
