The challenge
The project
We helped them design a team (up to 15 people), an operating model and tools (mainly KPIs) to report the digital performance to COMEX and proactively guide the countries and business lines
The outcomes
The Group could then follow key digital Performance Indicators, consolidate digital successes across the Group and the market, provide strategic digital guidance, and communicate upwards (COMEX) and downwards (white papers, information, knowledge sharing workshops, etc…)
