The project
We developed the Target Operating Model and high-level design for the solution at a Regional level. We started with a feasibility assessment, created the business case and developed the 3-year detailed delivery plan
The outcomes
We successfully demonstrated the value of the proposed solution, and the detailed delivery plan was approved by the board. We then delivered the overall solution which will enable the strategic outcome, set to reduce manual underwriting by 80%
