In fact, we went in to provide an Agile maturity assessment, and the company was not ready. We launched a comprehensive 360 impact analysis and came up with a tangible approach to move the company to another level
The outcomes
As part of the transformation,we adjusted the project governance and launched some initiatives under an Agile methodology. The employees have seen us in action, were trained again where needed, and motivated by a stronger โvisionโ around the benefits of the methodology, not just the methodology in itself
