The challenge

This company was undergoing a large transformation programme accross a region, with many initiatives. The Head office faces terrible inconsistencies among the countries. Specifically on how they understand the initiatives and how they reporting progress

The project

We conducted an in depth assessment of the PMO Maturity levels of each of the Business units and defined the Head Officeā€™s PMO vision. Based on the vision and the assessment results, we created a ā€˜fit for purposeā€™ Project Governance Framework covering all aspects of Project Management for both Agile & Waterfall projects. In addition, Tools & Templates were created in line with the Framework to support project managers and maximise adoption

The outcomes

We were extremely happy to see the Framework and vision being rolled out by the head office as an organisation policy for Project Governance and the Regional COO now has an up-to-date and accurate vision of how the regional transformation is moving. Unfortunately, that also enabled the COO to see that some initiatives were far from being on track
