With offices in 11 countries across APAC, this insurance firm wanted to standardise processes and introduce rigour in Portfolio and Project Management. We helped to manage the change when implementing a Portfolio and Project management (PPM) tool to achieve this goal. The tool allowed the company to integrate its strategy, plans and execution so that resources can focus on the right activities. The tool also provides a single source of information, standardised processes and consistent reporting

We managed the full change journey from strategy and communications to benefits realisation. This involved developing and managing a network of Change Champions to drive new behaviours in each country through a series of change initiatives such as regular change meetings, FAQ&A factsheets, banners, posters, Lunch and Learn sessions and an ongoing support plan. Finally we adopted a Train the Trainer approach to facilitate widespread training and adoption of the tool itself

The change management support provided has led to high levels of adoption with the tool and increased consistency in Project Management across the countries
